Paperub Code of Conduct

Paperub must follow all rules, regulations, and laws that pertain to its operations. We are committed to helping all Users to keep our community safe and comfortable. This Code is a set of rules that all visitors to our Site must abide by. Violators of this Code shall face consequences, up to and including account cancellation, as outlined in our Violations Policy. Please contact the Paperub Support Team if you have any issues with this Code or if you need clarification on the applicable procedures.

Personal Behavior

• I promise to always make moral decisions.
• To the best of my ability, I will follow all of Paperub's rules.
• I promise to always be cognizant of other people's legal protections.
• I will not engage in criminal activity or misuse private information.
• I shall keep the interests, rights, and safety of Users in mind at all times.
• I will never engage in hostile behavior against anybody.
• I will not give you any false information or pretend to be someone else.
• I won't try to arrange any off-site meetings or payments.
• I won't commit to anything I can't do well.
• Before my job is complete, I will not ask for any Milestone Payments to be released to me in advance.
• Despite having employed a freelancer, I will not take advantage of them.

User Content

• I accept full responsibility for whatever I publish on Paperub, including but not limited to:
• I won't share anything that violates copyright or other IP laws.
• I won't share anything that breaks the rules.
• False or slanderous statements will not be published by me.
• I will not share anything sexually explicit or inappropriate for minors.
• I will not provide any information that is misleading, incorrect, or incomplete in any way.
• I won't share anything that might harm someone else's computer, such as malware or malicious code.
• I will not provide any information that might put Freelancer at risk or damage the company in any way.

Confidentiality

• I promise to keep your secrets safe and your privacy secure.
• Unless forced to do so by law or granted express permission to do so by Paperub, I will not share any of the information or documents I have obtained with anybody.

Contact

• I won't bother other Freelancers for their personal information and will instead rely on the built-in tools of the site for all of my interactions with them.

Fraud

• I will never commit fraud.
• Having numerous accounts is unnecessary and I will not make that choice.
• I shall not send money over the Site if it is unlawful to do so.
• I won't make up reviews for people, businesses, or services on the Site.

Communication

• I promise not to make any improper allusions or use any hyperbole.
• I will avoid making derogatory comments about other people, being critical of others negatively or unfairly, and acting in an unprofessional manner.

Bidding

• I will not underbid in order to save fees.
• I refuse to be a part of any endeavor that promotes or condones wrongdoing.
• Only jobs that I know I can finish will get bids from me.

Spam or Advertising

• If I am not specifically permitted to promote my website or business, I shall not do so.

Affiliates

• When it comes to the Affiliate Program, I won't refer myself.
• Never will I use a mailing list, group email, or any other kind of personally identifiable information to send spam emails("Spam").

Payments

• I won't utilize Freelancer as a middleman for any kind of monetary transaction, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies (e.g., bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).
• After the freelancer has delivered their job, I shall fulfill my duties.
